세이부 컵 사커 온라인(이하 "이 서비스" - 넷플레이 런처, 웹판 "바로 플레이", 게임 서버, 이 홈페이지)은 개인이 운영하는 비영리 팬 프로젝트입니다. 이 문서는 이 서비스가 어떤 개인정보를 왜 처리하고, 얼마나 보관하며, 어떻게 지울 수 있는지 알려 드립니다. Seibu Cup Soccer Online ("this service" - the netplay launcher, the web version "Play now", the game server and this website) is a non-commercial fan project run by one person. This page says what personal information it handles and why, how long it is kept and how it can be deleted.
회원 가입이나 계정은 없습니다. 닉네임은 직접 정하며 실명일 필요가 없습니다. 닉네임·방 제목·채팅에 실명이나 연락처처럼 나를 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 쓰면 그 정보도 개인정보로 처리되니, 쓰지 않기를 권합니다. There is no sign-up or account. You choose your nickname; it need not be your real name. Anything that identifies you - a real name, a phone number - written into a nickname, a room title or the chat is handled as personal information too, so please leave it out.

이 개인정보는 이용자가 요청한 서비스(대전·관전·기록)를 제공하고 운영하는 데 필요한 범위에서 처리합니다. 법령상 별도의 동의가 필요한 경우에는 따로 동의를 받습니다. This information is handled as far as needed to provide and run what you ask for (matches, watching, records). Where the law requires separate consent, it is asked for separately.
보관 기간이 정해진 기록(30일, 1년)은 기간이 지나면 서버가 자동으로 지웁니다(파일에서 삭제). 공개된 경기 기록과 방명록 글은 삭제를 요청하시면 지웁니다. Records with a set period (30 days, 1 year) are deleted by the server automatically when it ends (removed from the files). Published match records and guestbook lines are deleted on request.
쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 웹판은 닉네임, 설정, 키·조이스틱 설정, 넣은 롬 파일, 내 경기의 리플레이, 실력 비교용 무작위 기기 ID, 이용 안내에 동의했는지를 그 브라우저 안(localStorage·IndexedDB)에만 저장합니다. 이 가운데 서버로 보내는 것은 기기 ID와 이용 안내 동의 여부(접속할 때마다 확인하고 저장하지 않음)뿐입니다. 런처의 설정·기기 ID·이용 안내 동의·실행 기록은 내 PC의 게임 폴더에 있습니다. 브라우저에서 '추적 안 함'(Do Not Track / GPC)을 켜면 홈페이지 방문 통계 신호를 보내지 않습니다. No cookies are used. The web version keeps your nickname, settings, key and joystick settings, the ROM you added, the replays of your matches, whether you agreed to the use notice and the random device ID for the relative skill only in that browser (localStorage, IndexedDB); of these only the device ID is sent to the server. The launcher's settings, device ID and logs stay in the game folder on your PC. With "Do Not Track" or GPC turned on in your browser, no visit-statistics beacon is sent.
경기에 참여하면 그 경기의 닉네임, 점수, 시각, 게임 버전과 리플레이가 경기 기록에 공개될 수 있습니다. 비밀번호 방의 경기와, 모든 참가자가 같은 IP(같은 집·같은 공유기)인 경기는 공개하지 않으며, 비밀번호 방은 녹화 파일도 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 공개 채팅(방명록)의 글과, 접속·퇴장 알림, 방 목록의 닉네임·방 제목은 접속한 모두에게 보입니다. 실력 점수는 공개하지 않습니다. 랭크전의 시즌 순위표(닉네임, 랭크 점수, 승·패, 최근 경기)는 랭킹에 공개됩니다. 공개된 경기의 리플레이는 닉네임 대신 나라(팀) 이름으로 표시해 개발자의 개인 유튜브 채널 등에 영상으로 쓰일 수 있습니다 (온라인 대전 전에 보이는 이용 안내에서 알리고 동의를 받습니다). If you play, the nicknames, score, time, game version and replay of that match may be published on Results. Matches in a password room, or with every player on one IP address (one home network), are not published, and a password room's recording is not even sent to the server. Public-chat (guestbook) lines, join and leave notices, and the nicknames and room titles in the room list are seen by everybody online. Skill ratings are never published. Ranked season tables (nickname, ranked points, wins, losses, recent results) are published on Ranking. Replays of published matches may be used in videos on the developer's personal YouTube channel and similar places, with each player shown by country (team) instead of nickname (said in the use notice shown, and agreed to, before online play).
개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않으며, 개인정보 처리를 외부 업체에 위탁하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외입니다. 외부 통계·광고 업체도 쓰지 않습니다. Personal information is not sold or given to third parties, and its handling is not outsourced, except where the law requires it. No analytics or advertising company is used.
닉네임 네이버 인증을 선택하면 네이버(네이버 주식회사) 로그인 화면에서 직접 로그인합니다. 아이디와 비밀번호는 이 서비스를 거치지 않으며, 네이버는 이용자가 동의한 경우 회원 식별값만 이 서비스에 알려 줍니다. If you choose to verify your nickname with Naver, you log in on Naver's own page (NAVER Corp.). Your ID and password never pass through this service; with your consent Naver tells it only a member identifier.
홈페이지와 업데이트 파일은 해외 서비스를 통해 제공되어, 이용자의 브라우저나 런처가 그 서버에 직접 연결합니다. 이때 아래처럼 접속 정보가 해당 서비스로 전송되며, 그 처리와 보관은 각 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. 이 전송을 원하지 않으시면 홈페이지·런처 업데이트를 이용하지 않으셔야 하므로 서비스 이용이 어렵습니다. The website and the update files are served by overseas services, and your browser or launcher connects to their servers directly. Connection information then goes to those services as below; they handle and keep it under their own privacy policies. Not wanting this means not using the website or the launcher's updates, which makes the service hard to use.
이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 언제든지 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. me@seibucup.online로 닉네임과 대략의 날짜(경기·글·접속 시각)를 적어 요청해 주세요. 본인인지 확인한 뒤 관련 법령에 따라 지체 없이 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 확인을 위해 해당 기기의 런처 설정이나 접속 정보를 여쭤볼 수 있습니다. You may at any time ask to see, correct, delete or stop the handling of your personal information. Write to me@seibucup.online with your nickname and roughly when (the match, the line, the visit). Once it is confirmed to be you, it is done without delay under the law and you are told the outcome. To confirm, you may be asked about the launcher settings or the connection of that device.
개인정보가 저장되는 게임 서버에 대한 접근 권한을 제한하고, 운영에 필요한 범위에서만 접근합니다. 웹판과 홈페이지의 연결은 암호화(HTTPS·보안 웹소켓)되고, PC 런처와 게임 서버의 로비 연결(닉네임 열쇠·비밀번호·채팅)도 암호화(TLS)되며(런처 2.0.49부터), 과도한 접속과 공격은 서버가 자동으로 막습니다. 방문 통계 보고서와 나라별 집계에는 IP 주소를 넣지 않습니다. Access to the game server that stores the records is limited, and only used as far as running the service needs. The web version and the website use encrypted connections (HTTPS, secure WebSocket), and so does the PC launcher's lobby connection to the game server (TLS, from launcher 2.0.49: nickname key, passwords, chat), and the server blocks floods and attacks by itself. The visit reports and country counts contain no IP addresses.
